Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once processed, orders are shipped via our Free Shipping method and typically arrive within:

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions or carrier delays).


Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Charges

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping fees at checkout for standard delivery.

Damaged Packages

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery

Without photographic proof, we may not be able to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
