After this time frame, your order may already be processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refund Processing for Canceled Orders
If your order is successfully canceled within the allowed time, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Order Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, you may still be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after receiving it.
Incorrect Shipping Address
