Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days.

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our Free Shipping service.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 9 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, weather conditions, or periods of high shipping volume. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

There are no additional shipping or handling fees for standard delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days after your order ships, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your package is significantly delayed, or if it is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will assist in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your jewelry order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the external packaging

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery

  • Email the photos along with your order number to info@joisboutique.com

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery or without photographic evidence may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may experience delivery issues.

If you notice an error and your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it.
